Services for Package 2 and Package 3 are the same. They only differ in paymentschedules.9 @&e* f5 S6 t% _( b9 [1 ]. S

For package 1. Fees payable to "seller's agent if sold" is $0 if thebuyer is not represented by any agent.

For Package 3, the miminum amount of commission payable tobuyers agent is 3% on first $100,000.00 and 1% on balance +GST. You may setcommission to be higher than this.
