1. I will not physically show properties. I will only book appointments, andthe sellers are responsible for letting the potential buyers (or their agents)see the property. In case of strata properties, sellers will pay the cost ofobtaining strata files and Form B(usually under $120).
2. If a meeting is needed(such as writing a counter offer), it will be held atmy convenient place(which is either Vancouver West or Coquitlam).
